Activation of the Disaster Recovery Site (SRAD) as a production site in May 2026. Information and technical requirements

08 OF APRIL, 2026 | 9

Reading time: 2 minutes

Dear depositors, SERCOR, and issuers connected to DCV:

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that, as part of the DCV’s operational continuity strategy, a scheduled activation of the Disaster Recovery Site (SRAD) will take place in May to ensure the operation of all our production services for a period of one week.

The goal of this exercise is to continue strengthening the DCV’s ability to adapt to complex scenarios, minimizing risks and reinforcing the stability of the services that underpin the Chilean financial market.

During the go-live week, all DCV platforms will operate from the SRAD, using the same production login credentials that are already familiar to users and available via “Client Center” on the website www.dcv.cl.

The activation week will run from Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22. Once this period ends, all operations will be returned to the primary site, which will be operational starting Monday, May 25.

Throughout April, the Sales Department will be stepping up communication, activities, and coordination efforts with each client.

Preparation of technical specifications:

To avoid connection issues during the activation week, each institution must verify and ensure that the following SRAD-related settings are configured correctly (using the same technical specifications as in the 2025 exercises).

  1. Allow access through the firewall to the following IP addresses using port 443:
    190.110.110.205
    200.27.150.237
    200.126.107.77
  2. For remote workers, ensure that the connection is routed via VPN to these IP addresses so that they can access the SRAD through the corporate network.
This is particularly important to prevent access issues for remote workers.
  3. Keep the exclusions in your organization’s web proxy for the following service URLs:
    https://dcvevolucion.dcv.cl/
    https://apig-dcvevolucion.dcv.cl
    https://report-dcvevolucion.dcv.cl

    IT Contact and Cybersecurity Contact

In addition, please provide us with the contact information for your institution’s IT/Networks department and Cybersecurity department (name, title, and email address) so that we can include them in communications related to this initiative and promptly address any connectivity issues that may arise during SRAD Week. Please send this information to [email protected] and copy [email protected].

We would like to thank you in advance for your assistance in verifying these requirements.
