As part of the technological modernization process, the DCV reports that the features of the Active Member Recognition Bonds (BRAA) Custody Service for the AFPs are ready to go live on Monday, August 24, 2026.
The new BRAA Web Service platform has been designed to offer a simple, streamlined, and secure experience.In the previous phase, the DCV already migrated the service’s features for life insurance companies, all of which are now operating entirely on this new platform.
Before using the BRAA Web Service, security administrators at the AFPs must:
- Create BRAA web users in DCV Evolución.
- Assign in DCVen DCV Evolución los perfiles a los usuarios BRAA web de acuerdo con el rol que desempeñen:
- Operador AFP: perfiles: 092-E, 094-E, 096-E y 098-E
- Apoderado AFP: perfiles: 093-E, 094-E, 096-E y 098-E
For a period of 3 months—defined as the adoption phase—the BRAA Web service and BRAA Legacy service will operate in parallel. Subsequently, AFPs will be notified of the definitive end of operations on the Legacy platform.
Access to the service is available on the DCV website, under the “Customer Access” menu, in the “Depositors” section – “BRAA Web.” For more details, please find attached the updated versions of the BRAA Web Service Manual and the Standard Customer Profile Description Manual.
