Share Exchange Between Norte Grande S.A. and Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco S.A. (now Pampa Investments S.A.), Payment of the Remaining Amount

Dear AFP account holders;

DCV Registros reports that, due to administrative reasons related to bank transfers, the payment corresponding to the remaining amounts generated by the share exchange process between Norte Grande S.A. and Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco S.A. (now Pampa Investments S.A.) will be received by shareholders on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The payment was processed today via transfer to the bank accounts registered by the respective shareholders.

In accordance with the terms of the exchange, any fractional shares resulting from the application of the exchange ratio will be settled in cash, based on the closing price of Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco S.A. (now Pampa Investments S.A.) shares on the Santiago Stock Exchange on the business day prior to the exchange, that is, July 10, 2026, equivalent to $10.90 per share.
