Dear participants,
Please note that all funds sent to Euroclear via MT103 / MX Pacs008 – MT202 / MX Pacs009 must include the recipient’s account number in IBAN format. Failure to include the account number in this format will result in a fine.
Euroclear has announced that the EUR 100 penalty fee for failing to provide an IBAN when transferring funds will take effect in June 2026. You can review all previously reported details in the bulletins dated September 25, 2025 and November 5 of the same year.
Given the above, we would like to emphasize the need to update your instructions in consultation with your commercial bank, as the DCV will pass this penalty on to your monthly statement.
