DCV Registros reminds its issuers that as of March 1, 2026, home delivery of checks for the payment of dividends to shareholders will no longer be available.

This measure, announced in the bulletin of October 3, 2025, seeks to safeguard the security of the process by using alternative options with better attributes for issuers, such as:

• Reduced risk of document loss,
• Automated processes with the paying bank via transfer or cashier’s check withdrawal,
• Improved traceability of delivery and collection,
• Reduced document shipping costs.

This measure protects shareholder security and ensures process efficiency; please inform your shareholders about this change.
