DCV – Information on the Payment of the Draw Event of February 2, 2026

Dear participants,

The DCV, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of Law 18,876 and the provisions
of its Internal Regulations, Title 14 “Administration of Securities,” hereby informs you that
on February 2, 2026, the payment of the draw event will take place on the following

Specific information about the event, if you are a beneficiary, will be available at the end of
the business day prior to the payment of the draw on the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe),
under Capital Events, Report R017, Notification of Draws to Depositors.

Additionally, on the event’s expiration date, participants who are eligible for the draw will
find details of the institutions that will make the respective payment and the amount they
will receive for this type of event in the payment distribution list, R085.
