Digital Equity Instruments Deposit and Withdrawal Reminder of Schedules, Costs, and other Considerations

02 OF DECEMBER, 2025 | 14

Reading time: 2 minutes

Dear Participants,

DCV reminds you that, according to Circular 362 and the Newsletter of February 28, 2025, under the digital model for deposit and withdrawal orders of equity instruments, which replaced the Excel file (contingency model) and the sending of physical forms to process depositors’ custody orders, the following must be considered:

1- Office hours

  • DCV Custody receives signed orders through the application from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Any orders placed outside these hours will not be processed).
  • If submitting a physical form, it must have handwritten signatures. Copies or photocopies are not permitted. Please schedule your appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at [email protected] .
  • To request after-hours processing, please notify DCV Custody by sending an e-mail to [email protected] , indicating the exception request so its feasibility can be evaluated. The request is not mandatory for DCV and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2- Costs per transaction

3.- Other operational considerations

  • Witnesses and proxies are permitted to sign only once during the process of an order (deposit or withdrawal). Deposit and withdrawal orders can be signed in bulk through the application.
  • Proxies are designated by each company’s security administrator; a public deed power of attorney isn’t required.
  • Orders signed after hours will remain in the “Pending” status in DCV Evolution (DCVe). Only when the user cancels the order in DCVe does it remain in “Canceled” status.
  • Any transaction in “Pending” status in DCVe may be re-signed in the following days. Only those in final status (rejected or cancelled) cannot be re-signed.
  • The instrument identifiers administered by SERCOR do not have a time exception (point 1), at the issuer’s own request. Therefore, the reception of forms is until 01:30 p.m. We recommend that you verify the hours of operation with the registry administrator, as those are not the responsibility of DCV.
