DCV Reminds you about SM-CHILE Holdings Withdrawals

Dear Participants,

Depósito Central de Valores reminds you of the information provided in the newsletter of November 11, 2025, which stated that on April 30, 2019, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Law No. 19,396, the subordinated obligation that the subsidiary Sociedad Administradora de la Obligación Subordinada SAOS S.A. had held until that date with the Central Bank of Chile was extinguished.

Likewise, at the extraordinary meeting held on May 2, 2019, the directors placed on record that the dissolution of the company had taken place, and the minutes were formalized as a public deed on that same date before the Santiago Notary Public, Mr. René Benavente Cash.

In accordance with the provisions of the DCV Internal Regulations (section 6.1.3), the Depositors, within 30 days from the communication issued on November 11, must proceed to withdraw the securities listed in the table below no later than December 11, 2025. After this date, DCV shall be entitled to perform a forced withdrawal, whereby such instrument identifiers and holdings shall no longer be eligible for withdrawals or transactions and shall be deleted from the DCV registry.
