Dear Participants,
As mentioned in the September 25, 2025, newsletter, we remind you that all funds sent to Euroclear via MT103 / MX Pacs008 – MT202 / MX Pacs009 must include the account number of the destination account in IBAN format. Failing to include the account on this form will lead to a fine.
Euroclear reports that the EUR 100 penalty fee for not providing the IBAN during fund transfers has been postponed until June 2026. However, a EUR 30 penalty fee will still be in effect starting December 1, 2025.
Given the above, we emphasize the importance of adjusting your instructions in coordination with your commercial bank, since DCV will include this penalty in the monthly billing. Please find attached the supporting material provided by Euroclear for your reference.
