Disaster Recovery Site: Activation in production mode scheduled for October 20, 2025.

Dear Participants,

We thank the over 80 depositor companies that participated in the connectivity exercise on October 11. We are pleased to inform you that the objectives for this final test were successfully met. Consequently, we are announcing the official date for the transition to operational mode at the Disaster Recovery Site (SRAD), which is scheduled for Monday, October 20, 2025.

Throughout Monday the 20th, and only on that day, all DCV platforms will operate from SRAD, using the same access information already available on the “Clients Center” section of the website www.dcv.cl.

Please ensure that the technical configurations communicated in recent weeks are properly set up, especially if you’ll be working remotely on Monday. This week, the commercial team will place particular emphasis on strengthening this understanding.

Although we anticipate that this instance will be transparent for our users, we have set up alternative connection options at DCV’s offices (Apoquindo 4001 or Nueva Torre Santa María) to assist operators who might experience connectivity issues, ensuring the market continues smoothly. All requests should be coordinated through the Help Desk (MAC).

By the end of Monday, October 20, services will resume from the main site in Santiago to begin Tuesday, October 21, as usual.

All official information about the company’s services will be posted on DCV’s website, so we ask you to keep this communication channel open to receive relevant updates promptly.
