This newsletter has been sent only to those depositors who have holdings at DCV.
Depósito Central de Valores reminds depositors to follow the information provided in the August 29 newsletter regarding the withdrawal of securities deposited in DCV, in cases in which the CMF has canceled the company’s registration and its shares in the Securities Registry.
The deadline informed in the newsletter ends tomorrow, September 30th, in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations of DCV (section 6.1.3).

The procedure to withdraw holdings is as follows:
- Confirm that your company has created users and assigned profiles in the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe) to withdraw holdings.
- From the Platform for “Digital Equity Deposit and Withdrawal,” the withdrawal order must be entered with witness and proxy signatures.
- Once the withdrawal is approved and executed, the holdings will be deducted from the securities account at DCV, which may be validated by generating a holdings certificate or checking the account directly at DCVe.
