Online Training – Balance Confirmation for Equity Issuers

Dear issuers,

As informed in the Newsletter of September 16th, DCV plans to run a test in parallel for the balance confirmation process for equity issuers during October 2025. For this test, Security Administrators must assign the new profiles to the users involved in this function. Please check the information regarding profiles in the application’s manual.

The associated profiles are the following:

• 081E Issuer Balance – Queries
• 080E Issuer Balance  – Confirmation

To run this test successfully and to leverage it as active training on the platform, we invite you to join a training session that will be provided on two dates for work teams to choose from and have all those required to attend.

The training session will cover the following topics:

• Roles and access profiles configuration
• Functionality check
• Examples of a confirmation cycle for an equity issuer
