Dear Participants,
In 2024, by means of circulars N°366 and N°367, Depósito Central de Valores (“DCV”) communicated changes to its Internal Regulations, among which was included the modification of the “Centralized Registration Service of Forward Contracts”, which would be transferred to the subsidiary DCV Asesorías y Servicios S.A. (DCV-AS).
EOn this occasion, DCV informs you that the migration of the Forward Service to the new platform has been executed, thus completing the transfer of the service from DCV to DCV-AS.
Starting today, the service will be available on the new Forward Derivatives Platform, which clients can access from “Client Center“ at www.dcv.cl, replacing the old Forward Legacy application on SADE.
As a result of the foregoing, the provisions of the first transitory article of the Internal Regulations shall be null and void as of today.
