Monday, August 11. Start of the New Forward Service

Dear Participants,

DCV informs you that on Monday, August 11, 2025, the New Forward Service will be launched, which incorporates important improvements, best practices, and recommendations received by the users of the service.

The training of our clients’ users, as well as the connectivity tests to the productive environments and to the platform, were previously and successfully carried out.

1.- Access to the service platform and the file transfer folders

From the “Client Center” button on the DCV website www.dcv.cl, in the “Depositors” section, you can find access to the following:

  • “Forward Contracts” – allows you to enter the new transactional platform of the service.
  • “”File Transfer Folders” – allows you to enter the “Legacy” Forward service file transfer folder in SADE.

2.-Service documents

The documents related to the operation of the services can be found in the section “Manuals, guides, forms, and more”, with direct access from the Home page of www.dcv.cl or from “Help & Support Center.”

The operating manual and configuration form for the New Forward Service can be found by name or by Service type, “Financial Derivatives / Forward.”

Also, the profiles required for this service are available on the same route. They can be found by name or by type of service in the “Service Platform.”

3.-Support from the Help Desk (MAC) and technical support

The support hours of the Help Desk for this service, during the first 2 weeks of operation, will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., without prejudice to any extensions that may be required. As of Monday, August 25, the service will have normal support on business days, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We suggest that, for Monday, August 11, the Forward transactions be registered before 4:00 p.m.

We remind you that the service reports corresponding to the first day of operation will be available from 09:00 a.m. on the second day of operation.

4.- Business continuity plan

The service continuity plan foresees that, should it be necessary to return to the old Forward “Legacy” service, clients will be informed through our official channels, i.e., web page, e-mail, and through our representatives. In this case, the contracts signed in the New Forward Platform will be canceled from the new platform, and the depositors will have to re-enter them in the old Forward “Legacy” platform in SADE.

The necessary measures have been preventively arranged to provide support to our clients in case of an event that forces them to return to the Legacy platform, as previously informed through the webinars and documentation sent to each.

Please note that all official information about the service will be published on the DCV website. We recommend that, before entering the Forward service platform, you check the HOME page of www.dcv.cl.
