The following charges are included in this item: Admission Fee, Monthly Fixed Fee, System Enablement at DCV Offices, Extended Hours, Dispatch of Equities Transfers, Custody of Foreign Securities (also detailed in the “Fees and Operating Expenses Form,” which must be signed by the Depositor who opts to contract this service), Creation and Administration of Testing Environments.
Charges for Holding Accounts Services:
The following charges are included in this item: Custody of Securities (Fixed Income, Financial Intermediation, Equities), Purchase and Sale Transactions (of Fixed Income Securities, of Financial Intermediation Securities, of Equities – Stock Market / Over-the-Counter Market); Repo Transactions, Transactions with ISO 15022-Swift Messaging, Transfer Transactions (of Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation, of Equities, between “System Operator” and Brokerage Firms), Holdings Transfer Transactions, Deposit Transactions (of Equities, of Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation – Dematerialized Issues / Physical Issues); Electronic Holdings Swap Transactions, Early Redemption Transactions, Securities Withdrawal Transactions (of Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation, of
Equities), Securities Administration (Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation Instruments, Equities), Special Portfolio Valuation, Issuance of Holdings Certificate, Opening of Additional Accounts.

Charges Associated with the Registration of Dematerialized Issues The following charges are included under this item: Engagement of the Dematerialized Issues Registration Service, Registration of Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation issues, Creation of instruments via ISO Swift Messaging, Registration and modification of Equity Issues.
