Dear participants,
As is public knowledge, Law 21453, updated in 2022, determined that private entities in charge of the deposit and custody of securities, as well as other entities belonging to the financial system, are obliged to provide the Internal Revenue Service (SII) with information on balances and credits in accounts of customers domiciled and/or residing in Chile, when these reach or exceed 1,500 Development Units (UF).
In 2025, the DCV will provide this information to the SII in the first half of March, so we ask you to keep your address and/or residence information in Chile up to date.
Depositors may update their residency if needed by contacting the Help Desk (MAC) and use the investors’ maintenance module in DCV’s graphic interface to update the residency information associated with their investors
The deadline for this update is February 28, 2025.
