Dear Participants,
As reported in the newsletter of August 29, 2024, where the complete training plan for the New Forward Service is detailed, the theoretical training of the new forward service considers 4 modules with a maximum duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, which will be given on 2 dates and 2 different schedules so that the teams can accommodate their time and all of them can attend. Thus, a person who wants to complete the entire training must go through all 4 modules and dedicate 6 hours of training.
The following table shows the distribution of contents, dates, schedules, and links to the TEAMS sessions of the first cycle that begins on September 24 so that you can add it to your agenda. The links for the dates of the sessions in October will be sent in a separate communication.
