Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores informs you that according to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), depositors that keep holdings in custody of corporations that canceled the shares in the Securities Register of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) – Financial Market Commission or that are in a valid settlement process, must withdraw those securities by January 31, 2024. If the securities are not withdrawn, DCV will contact the issuer and arrange the forced withdrawal of the holdings held in custody.
