Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, would like to inform about the operating hours for the Local and Cross-Border Custody Services and the Shareholders’ and Investors’ Register’s Administration for December 24 and 31, 2021.

| Friday 24 | The Help Desk will answer your inquiries from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You may contact them via phone at +562 2393 9001 or email at [email protected]. The transactions settlement and registry service will close at 6:30 p.m. as usual. Equity deposit and withdrawal forms will be received through the current contingency protocol, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cross-Border Custody services will be provided through the International Help Desk during regular working hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. according to the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians. | Friday 31 | The Help Desk will answer your inquiries from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You may contact them via phone at +562 2393 9001 or email at [email protected]. The offices of the DCV Custody Service located in Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 24, Providencia, will be closed to the public. Due to this, physical fixed income and money market instruments for deposits or withdrawals will not be received. Similarly, we will not receive any Deposit and Withdrawal forms through the contingency protocol (digital format) since the Custody Service will be closed due to a bank holiday. Cross-Border Custody services will be provided through the International Help Desk during regular working hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. according to the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians.
