The Depósito Central de Valores and its affiliate DCV Registros inform on the hours of operation of the National and International Custody services and Administration of Shareholders and Contributors Registries for December 24th and 31st, 2020.

| Jueves 24 | The hours of operation of the Customer Service Desk, MAC, will be from 9:00 to 17:30 hours. The registration and settlement of operations will maintain its operating hours until 18:30 hours. DCV’s Custody service, located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia, will remain without its customer service. For its part, the receipt of deposit forms and withdrawals of equities will be maintained, via the current contingency protocol, from 9:00 to 13:00 hours. The operating hours of the international custody service through InterMAC will extend during normal hours, from 8:30 to 18:30 hours, in accordance with the settlement hours of our foreign custodians. | Jueves 31 | DCV’s business hours for inquiries sent to the Customer Service Desk, MAC, will be from 9:00 to 14:00 hours. The registration and settlement of operations will not be available due to the bank holiday and the closing of the stock market. DCV’s Custody service located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia, will remain without its customer service. Therefore, Deposit and Withdrawal forms will not be received via the contingency protocol since the custody will be closed due to a bank holiday. | Jueves 24 | In accordance with the provisions of the bulletin of November 11th, 2020, the customer service during the month of December at DCV Registros’ offices will take place only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours. Therefore, on Thursday, December 24th, it will be closed. The telephone service through DCV Registros’ Customer Service Desk and the service via email will maintain its business hours between 9:00 to 17:00 hours.
