DCV Registros S.A. informs that, in order to protect the health of its workers and clients and, in response to the declaration given by the WHO where it stated that COVID-19 is a pandemic, beginning on March 19th, 2020, the Department hours of the Shareholders Attention Service will be from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 hours continuously, at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia.
The following procedures only will be received:
- Signature registry and ratifications associated with share transfers.
- Pledge and/or lift notices.
The following procedures will not be carried out in person:
- Payment of dividends at our offices. If required, you must request it by email to [email protected] for its deposit in a bank account.
- No legal records will be received. They must be sent with an advanced electronic signature by correspondence or email to [email protected].
- There will be no over-the-counter transfers signed at our offices. Transfers will only be registered before a notary and sent by correspondence.
We will soon indicate exceptional measures that will be implemented
