An update to the DCVe Platform has been scheduled for today, Friday, May 9, 2025, starting at 6:30 p.m. Therefore, DCVe services, as well as the Digital RV Deposit and Withdrawal and Depositor Balance Confirmation systems, will not be available from that time forward.
For proper operation and access on Monday, May 12, you must download and reinstall the application from the website:
The new version contains important changes, corrections, and security updates that include, among others:
- It is now possible to log in with a new user when the user with the same ID number is deactivated.
- In the response files for the Compared and Non-Compared Transactions logs, the NEMO will be reported instead of the ISIN.
With all of this, we seek a better and more secure customer experience with DCV services.
