Dear Bondholders,
The Central Securities Depository informs the holders of Vivo SpA Series BVIVO-I bonds that the conditions established in Clause Two, number Two, letter “g” of the public deed dated August 23, 2022, under record No. 66.740-2022, have been met. Therefore, the interest amount scheduled for payment on July 1, 2025, to the creditors of the Series I Bonds will be capitalized and paid according to the capital amortization schedule defined in the new development table.
