Circular Letter Nº 190 “Claro Comunicaciones S.A., by exempt resolution N°341 of 15 June 2011,”

We inform shareholders and the public in general that in reply to the request made by Claro Comunicaciones S.A., by exempt resolution N°341 of 15 June 2011, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance cancelled the registration of said company in the securities registry, as well as that of its shares (CHILESAT).

The shareholders division of the company will continue to attend shareholders at the offices of DCV Registries located in Huérfanos 770, 22^nd Floor, Santiago Centro district.

Pursuant to the provisions of DCV bylaws (N°6.1.3), depositors – maintaining share positions issued by “Claro Comunicaciones S.A.” – shall proceed to withdraw said securities within a term of 30 days from the date of the current notice.
