DCV Securities Depository informs its participants that on May 28th, 2012 at the request of AES Gener S.A., The Santiago Stock Exchange modified the current mnemonic code GENER that identifies its shares in the STOCK MARKET, replacing it with AESGENER.
Accordingly, as of Tuesday May 29th, 2012, AES GENER shares are in force in DCV under the new stock identification code AESGENER.
As of today`s date all historic information of this company regarding transactions, capital changes, closing prices and financial statements must be done according to its new mnemonic code.
