 Dear Participant

DCV reminds its depositors regarding the proceedings for IP remote registration.

In accordance with dispositions set forth in the Internal Regulation (Numeral 5.4.2. and Numeral 5.7.) those Depositors who operate with DCV systems must indicate the IP addresses through which they wish to connect to DCV; for these purposes the Depositors’ Registration Form (FRD) must be completed; it must be established in item Number 7 those IP addresses which they authorize to be recognized as valid connections with DCV.

For the case of Depositors who are stock brokers who wish to connect through any of the stock exchanges in which they take part, should state it through the FRD, and request the information to be included regarding the IP address, to the stock exchange that they are part of.

The FRD must be subscribed by entitled agents and be sent in physical form to the customer service desk of DCV, MAC.
The FRD form may be downloaded from this Circular Letter, which is also available in the DCV web page  www.dcv.cl.

Yours Sincerely
