Depósito Central de Valores (Securities Depository) informs to its participants that on the date of September 12th 2012 Santiago’s Stock Exchange executed the cancellation of the registration of the Joint Stock Company named “Quintec S.A.” (QUINTEC) considering that the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance through Exempt Resolution number 351 dated September 10th 2012 cancelled the registration of said company as well as its shares in the securities record, as it was requested by the own company.
In accordance to dispositions set forth in the Internal Regulation of DCV (numeral 6.1.3) those depositors who hold shares’ positions issued by “Quintec S.A.” (QUINTEC) must, within 30 days as of this Statement, withdraw said securities.
