Depósito Central de Valores reports that, according to what was agreed in the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Madeco S.A., held on April 16, 2014, the decision was taken to change the corporate name of the company to Tech Pack S.A.
The Corporation has requested to a change to the mnemonic code “MADECO” which identified its shares, replacing it by TECHPACK.
In accordance with the preceeding, as of today, Monday, June 23, 2014, Tech Pack S.A. shares will trade under the new stock code identification “TECHPACK”.
