Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that as agreed in Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Cruz Blanca Salud S.A., held on November 24, 2014 to change the company trade name for Bupa Chile S.A., the company has requested to change the mnemonic code “CRUZBLANCA” that identifies their shares in the Market, replacing it with “BUPACL”.
In light of the preceding, as of December 15, 2014, Bupa Chile S.A. shares will be listed and traded under the new stock-exchange identification code BUPACL.
