Dear Participants,
The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.1.1 of the current Internal Regulations, informs its depositors on the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide.
In its 2019 January version, the guide incorporates the following changes:
- Update of the contacts that make up the InterMAC International Customer Service Desk.
- Accuracy regarding settlement and custody of foreign mutual fund quotas through Euroclear-Fundsettle; they will now be governed by the same terms and conditions of the custodian, Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V.
