WITH THE ORGANIZATION.
At the start of October, and as every year, the 2019 Engagement mediation was carried out, where the 224 people who make up DCV and DCV Registros were invited to participate. In this regard, a 92% response rate was obtained and 76% for the level of commitment, placing DCV and DCV Registros above the Chilean standard.
The Engagement study allows us to know the levels of satisfaction and motivation of our employees for contributing to the success of the Company, in addition to the effort they put for achieving the tasks aimed at achieving objectives.
Together with the commitment results, the measurement provides us relevant information in relation to the work environment and the opportunities for improvement regarding which we will work to face the next challenges of DCV. In 2019, the overall result regarding environment was 71%.
We highlight the answers obtained in relation to the strengths of the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), where the employees referred to their concerns, benefits, the human quality at the personal and team level, the work environment and the relevance of the Company as an actor in the financial market.
Beyond the results, it should be noted that this measurement provides us with important information from our employees that allows us to design and implement action plans in which we will work to meet the challenges of 2020.
The commitment measured in the Engagement study is the result of an ongoing collaborative work that is reinforced every year at DCV.
