WE PERFORM SERIOUS AND DEEP WORK TO MEASURE OUR STATE OF ETHICS AND VALUES WITHIN THE COMPANY. Since its creation, the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) has developed a commitment to corporate integrity and ethical culture. We believe that companies should be recognized, not only for the quality of their products or services, but for their ethical actions and good practices. This year for the first time, DCV participated in the third version of the Diario Financiero - Business Generation Award for commitment to integrity. JTogether with 49 other companies, DCV participated in the Barometer and Business Ethics carried out by Fundación Generación Empresarial and Diario Financiero. “We perform serious and deep work to measure our state of ethics and values within the company and we were recognized as one of the 49 companies highlighted for its commitment to integrity and ethics,” says Fernando Yáñez, General Manager of DCV. According to the results of this study, 94% of companies have their corporate values or principles defined and 96% communicate them at least by one means. Our General Manager, Fernando Yañez, received the distinction in an event that was attended by the President of the CPC, Alfonso Swett, the philosopher Carolina Dell’Oro, the principal partner of PwC Chile, Renzo Corona, and the Director of the Center for Corporate Governance and Society, Alfredo Enrione.
