We promote ethical behavior throughout the actions of our collaborators, suppliers, and company advisors. To this end, we have implemented a crime prevention model designed to maintain business and professional relationships built on trust and in compliance with the law.
This model comprises a set of internal procedures and regulations that enable us to organize ourselves effectively to prevent the commission of certain crimes established under Law 20.393.
Our crime prevention model has established a formal channel for receiving reports from collaborators, suppliers, and/or company advisors who may have detected an unusual situation, lacking apparent justification, or where there is a red flag or suspicion of circumstances that could be associated with the commission of a crime.
Reports related to the aforementioned matters may be submitted through the “Corporate Integrity Portal” or directly via email to [email protected]. In all cases, confidentiality is guaranteed.
