Compliance has been in the Depósito Central de Valores’ DNA since the very beginning. In this sense, DCV has gone beyond the legal and regulatory obligations and has always sought to be up-to-date regarding new trends, best practices and the requirements of its customers. Our work covers both local laws and regulations (Law 20,393 and 19,913 and its amendments, and Law 18,876), as well as international ones (FATCA, OCDE CRS, IOSCO Principles).
