Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that in the “DCVe Today” Newsletter, we will be reporting the changes, benefits, recommendations, and any relevant topics related to the operation of the new DCVe Platform with which we have already become familiar in the 2021 General Training Plan.

It considers those topics that have been subject to changes in the DCVe Platform, as follows:

Movements Statement (L019)

Generated through the DCV web application as requested by depositors. Contains detailed information on the movements for the requested period.

This statement will not be available on-demand on the DCVe Platform. However, the most important elements of its content can be obtained through a customized query in the DCVe Platform that each user must set up.

Provides information on how to obtain it through the customized query.

Holdings Certificates
  • Holdings certificates with electronic signatures dated after February 18, 2021, can be generated directly by depositors in the DCVe Platform.
  • Holdings certificates with electronic signatures dated on February 18, 2021, or before must be requested at DCV as follows:
    • Clients must send a request to the Help Desk via email.
    • The Help Desk will email the clients with the corresponding certificate as per the current protocol (zipped and password-protected file).
