Local Custody / Payment Request Password

In the DCV web application, the payment request password is alphanumeric, uses 7 digits and always uses upper case letters.

In the DCVe Platform, the password is also alphanumerical, with 7 digits, but the letters may be of upper or lower case. The following must be considered:

  • The payment request password can be generated automatically by the system or registered manually by the participant, and always taking into account that it must have 7 digits and include numbers and letters.
  • When participants send payment instructions to their corresponding banks associated with transaction settlements through Combanc, they must report payment requests considering upper and lower cases, as appropriate.

Local Custody / 4-6 eyes approval - Early redemption transactions confirmation.

In the DCVe Platform, security issuers have the option to set up a 4-6 eyes approval when confirming early redemption transactions.

  • When conducting this approval, the system shows wrongly that the status in which the transaction is left after the approval is “Preapproved” when it should be “Approved.” Regarding that, it must be considered that this situation has to do only with a view issue since the transaction is approved correctly and processed without any problems.

Annex 15 Oversight for private early redemption transactions.

Provides details of this process in the DCVe Platform.
