We advise that according to the agreement adopted at Farmacias Ahumada S.A.’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on February 24, 2015, and due to a special request of the Company, through Exempt Resolution Nº 169 of May 4, 2015, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance canceled the registration of FASA in the Securities Register.
According to the dispositions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (Number 6.1.3), participants who hold share positions issued by Farmacias Ahumadas S.A. (FASA) shall, within 30 days from this notice, proceed to withdraw those securities.
