Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and DCV Registros advises Participants and Issuers that on December 24, 30 and 31 the opening hours will be normal, that is, from 9:00 to 18:30 for DCV and from 9:00 to 17:00 hours for customer service at the DCV Registro premises.
With regard to December 31, considering there will be no stock exchange activities, the registry and operations settlement service at DCV will not be available. The other services, including the generation of reports (such as reconciliation reports) will operate normally. Furthermore, the telephone customer service delivered through MAC DCV will operate between 9:00 and 14:00 hours.
DCV Registros will not be available on December 31 at its premises located in Huérfanos 770 floors 22 and -1, though it will provide telephone assistance to shareholders through MAC DCV Registros between 9:00 and 14:00 hours at 23939003 and to Issuers, in which case Esteban Ardiles, Account Executive will provide telephone assistance at 23939287 or via email at [email protected] during the same hours.
