Dear PARTICIPANT
DCV informs Participants that on July 30, 2012 the Santiago Stock Exchange cancelled the registration of the corporation “Capitales S.A.” (CAPITALES) considering that the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, by Exempt Resolution Nº 307, cancelled the listing of its shares in the Securities Registry, maintaining the registration of the referenced company.
According to the provisions set forth by DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), those Participants who maintain positions of shares issued by “Capitales S.A.” (CAPITALES) shall proceed to withdraw these securities within 30 days from this communication.
