DCV Registros Dividend Payment 2025

Dear Shareholders,

At the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 25, 2025, it was agreed that, beginning April 11 of this year, Final Dividend No. 27 of $546 per share (single series) will be paid to shareholders from 2024 fiscal year profits. Shareholders registered in the Shareholder Registry as of April 5, 2025, will be entitled to the dividend, in accordance with the provisions of Article 81 of Law 18,046.

This dividend will not be paid in person. Instead, bank transfers will be made to shareholders who have requested it in writing or upon request through our remote channels, as appropriate.

The tax classification affecting this dividend will be announced on the date set by the Internal Revenue Service.

We also inform you that today, the digital newspaper El Libero www.ellibero.cl published information regarding the dividend distribution agreed upon by the aforementioned ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
