Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores reminds you that, in accordance with the provisions of its Internal Regulations (numeral 6.1.3), depositors who hold in custody holdings issued by corporations whose registration in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) has been canceled and are undomiciled, must withdraw these securities from DCV by May 30, 2025, assuming the task of processing the transfer with the respective issuer. After this date, DCV will be empowered to force withdrawal, leaving these instrument identifiers and holdings without the possibility of being withdrawn or traded and removed from DCV’s registry.
The procedure for withdrawals is as follows:
- Confirm that your company has created users and assigned profiles in the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe) to withdraw holdings.
- Inform the Help Desk ([email protected]) of the day on which the withdrawal order will be registered in order to enable the instrument.
- Log into the digital platform and enter the withdrawal order with the signatures of witnesses and legal representatives.
- Once the withdrawal is approved and executed, the holdings will be deducted from the securities account in DCV, which may be validated by generating a holdings certificate or checking the account directly in DCVe.
