Dear Depositors,
Based on the information provided in Enjoy’s EF attached, and at the expressed request of the Issuer, we wish to remind you that the deadline to convert series Q and R Bonds into shares is July 29, 2021 (60 banking business days from April 30, 2021).
Due to the preceding, all conversion requests must be sent by July 23, 2021 (at least 4 business days in advance of the deadline to convert the mentioned Bonds into Enjoy shares), in accordance with the following instructions.
