Dear Participants,
Depósito Central de Valores(DCV) informs you that on February 12, 2024, Enjoy S.A. initiated its judicial reorganization process dictated by the 8th Civil Court of Santiago, with which the coupon payments of BENJO-S bonds held in deposit will be stopped until said reorganization agreement is approved because Enjoy S.A. is legally unable to service those credits subject to the Judicial Reorganization Procedure, both in capital and interest accrued to date, among which are the referred Bonds.
