Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators and the “Transactions Settlement and Payment Addendum” have their signature pending, and this process should have been completed on December 31, 2023, as informed in the newsletter of November 07, 2023.
Considering that the deadline was six months ago, we reiterate the urgency to regularize this requirement, due to which we ask you to check the progress status of the signature of the document with your DCV business executive for the valid contract and annex to be the one approved by the Financial Market Commission (CMF.)
