Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators and the Transactions Settlement and Payment Addendum have their signature pending, and this process must be completed on December 31, 2024.
We reiterate the urgency for these documents to be regularized as soon as possible so that the contract and annexes that remain in force correspond to the latest version approved by the Financial Market Commission.
We kindly ask you to contact your DCV commercial executive to finalize the signing of the documents mentioned above.
