DCV Registros reports that, on May 26th, 2020, the issuer LATAM Airlines Group S.A., notified the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF), a Hecho Esencial, meaning that it began a reorganization process in the United States of America, according to the provisions established in Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code. In effect, the rules that govern this procedure prevent the company from distributing dividends to its shareholders. By virtue of the foregoing, LATAM Airlines Group S.A. informs that it will not make the payment of dividend No. 51 that would be distributed today May 28th, 2020.
