Dear Inversiones Aguas Metropolitanas S.A. shareholders,
At the general meeting of the Board of Directors of Inversiones Aguas Metropolitanas S.A. (“Corporation”) held on December 18, 2024 , it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Corporation’s 2024 fiscal year earnings, in the amount of $19,314,200,000, corresponding to $19.3142 pesos per Series A and B shares, which will be payable as of January 15, 2025 to the holders of shares registered in the Shareholders’ Registry at midnight on January 9, 2025.
Regarding the distribution and payment of the agreed interim dividend, the Corporation has made available for those shareholders who wish to make use of it, a procedure to pay the Substitutive Tax for Final Taxes (“ISIF”), according to the considerations in article 10 of law 21,681 and the instructions issued for this purpose by the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (“SII”), in particular, those contained in Circular No. 34 dated July 30, 2024, Exempt Resolution No. 76 dated July 30, 2024 and Official Letter No. 2150 dated November 7, 2024.
Those shareholders who decide to instruct the Corporation to dispose of and receive their dividend as indicated above must send to the Corporation by e-mail, no later than January 10, 2025 at noon, the attached “ISIF Instructions Form”, duly signed, in the form and together with the documents indicated therein. This form should be sent to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected].
