Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores requests its intermediaries that hold third-party securities but on their name to inform the number of shares included in their attendance and vote to meetings until 4:00 p.m. of the day before the meeting, to the extent that they have this information.
This request aims to meet the current regulation regulating remote voting meetings, included in Art. 179 of Law 18045 in clauses 3 and 4.
