Information on the Installment not Subject to VAT that Depositors Pay to the DCV Surveillance Committee

Dear Depositors,

We wish to inform you that in compliance with the current tax regulations, the Surveillance Committee of Depósito Central de Valores S.A. will charge, from this moment onwards, the semiannual installments established for depositors through a collection document other than an invoice; the payment is not subject to VAT.

It is important to mention that the payment of this semiannual installment is mandatory for the depositing entities, in accordance with letter c), article 32 of Law No. 18 876 and the agreements made on this matter by the twenty-eighth ordinary meeting for depositors held on March 14, 2023, to comply with Art. 35 of the above-mentioned law to protect the interests of all depositors.
