Dear Participants,
We wish to inform the shareholders of NORTE GRANDE S.A. (hereinafter, the “Corporation”) that in the Board General Meeting held on December 30, 2021; it agreed to distribute as an interim dividend, chargeable to the profits of the fiscal year 2021, the sum of US$124.3 million, corresponding to US$0.00070644 per share.
Those shareholders who choose to receive their dividend payment in U.S. Dollars must request it expressly to the Corporation through a request made by their current legal representative to DCV Registros, before January 18, 2022, via email to [email protected], with copy to [email protected]. To receive the payment, shareholders must provide their name or business name, taxpayer I.D. number, bank and USD current account number, the beneficiary bank’s Swift Code, and/or ABA code. In this case, the payment will be made through a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the request. The request form to be sent to DCV Registros can be downloaded at www.dcv.cl from January 12, 2022.
Those shareholders that do not request their payment in USD in the form and date previously mentioned will be understood as deciding to receive the payment in pesos irrevocably.
